Age of Sail Museum
We dropped by to see the museum and there is a lot to learn. It's location is at the right place halfway between Port Greville and Advocate Harbour. It's got a restaurant that serves really good lobster sandwich and potato salad and also has clean washrooms.

Musée maritime du Québec - Captain J. E. Bernier
The Musee maritime du Quebec is a great experience of stepping back into the past of the art of building small wooden sailboats and sailing them on the St Lawrence along the history of the people that built them. Also the chance of walking onboard a ship of its time and seeing what life was like aboard. Great experience for the whole family.

Don't think there are many places where you can climb aboard one of those old but not that old small-medium ships. Oh, and make time for the trail in the back, it will put a smile on your face redescovering the kid in you.

We were not lucky enough to get in due to Easter Monday though we go around and took some pictures from outside. Still able to capture some beautiful memories on this sunny and beautiful day. So we didn't get the feeling of marine museum. Anyone making trip to this beautiful museum, make sure that you enter in and get the feeling of maritime.

Vancouver Maritime Museum
This was one of my favourite places on Earth as a kid. I can't tell you how excited I was to go with my grandma (repeatedly). If I had kids in my circle now, or visitors from out of town, I would take them without hesitation. Support Vancouver museums! ❤️

Soo Locks Visitor Center
I enjoyed my time here. Parking is right outside. The center is full of interesting information about the locks. Then in the back there's the viewing area. Steps and ramp available to go up to get a good look at the locks in action. Lake Huron is lower than Lake Superior so when a ship comes into the lock they raise or lower the water depending on the direction of the ship so it can carry on its way. It's neat to see.
